1. Services

Bali Model Agency Plus provides model and talent booking services, production coordination, and talent management in Bali, Indonesia. All bookings are subject to talent availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once both parties agree on the talent, date, and rate. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the project. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Usage Rights

Image and video usage rights are agreed upon before each booking. Standard bookings include usage for the specified purpose and duration. Extended, exclusive, or international usage may require additional licensing fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, a safe working environment, and timely payment. Any changes to the agreed brief on the day of the shoot may incur additional charges.

5. Model Conduct

Our models are professionals committed to delivering excellent results. Bali Model Agency Plus does not tolerate harassment or inappropriate behavior toward our talent. We reserve the right to terminate any booking immediately if our talent feels unsafe.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bali Model Agency Plus acts as an intermediary between clients and talent. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, illness, or force majeure events.
